You may also send in your support request to p-assetstore@schliesky.com just be aware that response times are slower than with the form.

For emails please include:

  1. Unity Assetstore Invoice Number
  2. Unity Version
  3. SmoothMQTT version
  4. Target build platform(s)
  5. A detailed description of what you tried, what happened and what you expected to happen. Please include as much detail as possible (e.g. inspector settings for all components used, steps to reproduce a bug (if applicable), topic names and debug/console output)
  6. Relevant screenshots
  7. [if available] link to an unlisted Youtube video that shows the problem

Support Scope

Please be aware that support only applies to the usage and operability of SmoothMQTT. Using SmoothMQTT together with third party software solutions, like external brokers or cloud solutions can lead to exponentially more problems than the core functionality.

However, if you find the need for support outside of this official scope, don't hesitate to send a business inquiry to p-assetstore@schliesky.com. Describe your endeavor, the budget available, and the country of origin. I will check the tax regulations and let you know, whether I can take on the project or not.
